Food, coffee, seriously great vibes... yes to all. The quiche was seriously on point, fresh and delicious. The quiche crust was absolutely perfect ... perfectly flaky. The Macchiato was REAL! Not a Starbucks made thing called a macchiato... I got a little coffee emotional. To finish off my visit, the avocado toast rounded out my visit. I haven’t had avocado toast quite like this before. The avocado had a little ... lemon zing..? But I liked it a lot. Very fresh, can definitely tell whoever made the food enjoys their job.

Delightful spot for a good bite, some good coffee, and...buying a candle? For real though the food was really good. I had a power bowl and the beans were really tasty. My daughter had a grilled cheese and I had half (like a good dad should). It was amazing. The guy at the counter was super nice. The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Great coffee place, loved the power salad, Coffee was excellent! The whole place is very nice, with the store and candle factory next door on display.

Easy going cafe. We got the power salad and the chicken sandwich. The salad was big with lots of fresh toppings and the sandwich was a little small, but still good. They have a good beer selection too.

This place is very cute and has a lot of seating. They also make and sell candles which is cool. My husband's "bee-sting" latte and my iced vanilla latte were both really well done, not too sweet and great espresso flavor. We also got yogurt and avocado toast , both were lovely as the yogurt paired well with honey drizzle on top and the toast had a little spice to it(it wasn't spicy).

My husband and I are in town for a getaway weekend and visited Blue Corn for breakfast. The service was fantastic, the food delish, the coffee YUM and the atmosphere on point! I could spend all day here. Inspirational!
